Proper service distribution and proper project program functioning have direct linkage with the subject matter of the existing physical setup in the rural areas. The community service facilitation work depends on such infrastructure. Also, the continuity of all existing development project service delivery depends on these available structure strengths. The community along with the service provider use this base to fulfil their project cycle needs. Considering this we have given important priority to these thematic aspects as a ‘’ Community Assets Development Project ‘’ in our significant development charter. We are undertaking all kinds of infrastructure development work under the column of ‘’Community Assets Development’’ which is based on community need and community quality involvement with the interest we conduct technical surveys for the basic knowledge development and then proceed further for the development initiative. We have developed a continuous monitoring system under which infrastructure gets developed under the direct supervision of the users. And after formal handing over to the community, the complete assets receive close monitoring and care support by the users which ensures complete security of the same developed infrastructure assets. The process of community involvement at all levels develops a kind of natural ownership. We always give ownership to the community so that the constructed assets can be retained for a longer period of time. Under the direct supervision of a dedicated committee, all communities use the infrastructure for common community purposes. Also, all of them are ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the same construction by contributing minimal utilization fees which are spent on further maintenance and renovation purposes. It is created for the community, used by the community, monitored by the community and administered by the community, a complete community ownership design that is dedicated by them to them.
