Committed responsive steps towards Sustainable Development Goal – SDG’s . A good sustainability vision says something that helps clarify the direction in which an organization needs to move. Eventually, it sets the foundation for the strategy for achieves the outcomes desired by the vision. In our case we involve sustainability thought towards making program self-dependent which taking care by and for the community . Providing project resource to longer period is not viable for any organisation . Developmental thoughts will be continue but it will lead with some sustainable scope where later intervention can be part of community responsibility . And this is the only way through that we could able to make the program impact sustainable which can fulfil the development aspiration of the needy for a longer period of time . It is the overall accepted model in that program gradually enhance community role through make them responsive towards their particular role and duty . Our all project has adopted this particular concept model and we follow it while handing the program to the community based committee who play lead role from here . It not only transfer responsibility part but also handing over the ownership feeling which play vital role in program goal accomplishment .
